Booking information
Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days. To confirm your stay, a 25% deposit is required within these 14 days. The remaining balance is due 31 days before your arrival. If the deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be automatically released.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following fees apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: Full refund of your deposit.
- 31 – 60 days before arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value will apply.
- 30 days or less before arrival: A 100% cancellation fee will apply (non-refundable).
Please note: A $50 USD transaction fee will be deducted from all processed refund payments.
Additionally, please make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover your Zambia safari cost, just in case something unexpected happens. We also recommend that guests have full medical evacuation insurance cover as we are by choice in a remote part of a remote country and the nearest local hospital does not always have a Doctor present.
